Protecting my Phone
I have been using Webroot for years on my labtop when I caught a computer virus. I recently decided to use it on my phone, because too much is going on with attacks effecting phone apps. Now I feel secure in using apps and going on the internet using my phone.

Webroot Anti-virus
I renewed my subscription on time but I have had to activate it several times. I just got an Email today wanting me to renew again saying that I am not protected. I have computers in my account that I don't have and I can't delete them from my account. Webroot works but their support is a joke.

Tried and True
Webroot has always been reliable. I previously used Norton and McAfee, both of which I had trouble with during the years. Webroot is my tried and true.

Really bad, then good
When I first tried to renew, I had a terrible time. All of the instructions are terrible. I ended up with three subscriptions! I finally got help from Jay. Still have a problem with you saying I need to renew.
