I'm enjoying getting to know the machine and all it can do. Made some cute Halloween cards for the grandkids. Setting my sights on Christmas cards and tags.

The machine was great and came earlier than expected, so to the Staples shipping crew 5 stars. While I was trying to make my first project (which was just multiple cuts of the same image), the blue tooth kept disconnecting even though my laptop and phone were mere inches from the machine. Brand new purchase broken straight out of the box
I bought this machine in Sept 2025 and each time that I attempted to create any kind of stickers using the machine and software I only ever got "error -45 84"; which resulted in NEVER being able to succeed in ever getting any stickers cut. Sad - Shame on you.
This little machine needs to be able to resize for 6 inch and 12 inch smart materials. Why would you create a new machine with yet another material size. Make it use what we already hsve. Shame on you.. .

it’s..ok
Works okay but is always disconnecting from my computer. I can be in the middle of a project and it just disconnects, then I have to turn it off wait, turn it back on and wait forever for it to reconnect. It does this every time I use it

I use my cricut joy xtra every day, its amazing!!!
i love this machine and has been making stickers every day since the machine arrived, i got all of the cricut tools and many colored vinyls, but has every thing it has its flaws my first problem is with how the machine cuts the vinyl because every sticker sheet i make it does not cut the sticker it cuts through the vinyl, making the sticker unusable. Awesome machine! This is only Bluetooth and the connection works so well. Very powerful, with mats being 8.5 x 12 inches for a portable machine. And it can do print then cut. I love it

Frustrating
I have ruined 2 rolls of smart vinyl due to the side getting caught in the blade. Very frustrating and expensive. Hoping I didn’t end up with a bad machine.

SO FUN
What a fun little machine! I’ve already made a bunch of shirts for a bachelorette party coming up, and I had so much fun designing them, cutting them out, and making them. Looking forward to playing with it more to see what else I can make!

Great machine but eats my mat.
I bought this machine 3 months ago and still learning. I love the fact it’s so small and does amazing work. But, I’ve gone through 2 mats so far. That is the only fault of this amazing little mean machine.
