I needed to track info for the DR. So I needed something that would let me track date, food intake amount &. What was eaten along with any other info such as snacks etc. my medication had been changed & I was having different side effects, this calendar gives me all the space to write my info & it gave me my dates & allowed me to log in appointments. Keeps me orgnaized!
The weekly view for appointments and notes, and the monthly tabs for the big picture of things are great. Also the little handy sleeve in the front for little things you dont want to lose. Very nice, would buy again!
