Bad Delivery
On a rainy day, the driver chose to leave a cardboard box on the steps, in the weather; rather than push the door to the covered porch open to put the paper cardboard box of printer paper out of the rain!
Quality Control Issues

Inconsistency in Paper Grade/ Quality
We received our paper that we order regularly. One of the reams appears to be a lower grade paper packaged the same as all the others. The difference in paper is notable. Thin and a bit transparent, feels almost like trace paper. The size is ever so slightly off as well.

Spots on sheets
I have been happy with this paper for years, but the quality is not what it used to be. The paper in the last 2 boxes have had blemishes on most sheets. It's no longer suitable for documents given to clients. I will have to find another product.

Delivery
I want to compliment the Staples Driver for leaving my delivery paper box, securely on the side of my front porch chair, at the front door. It was not visible from the street and I was able to retrieve the paper box, within minutes of the delivery at 10:20 AM, this morning.
