No wonder they were free.
What the hell is it and what does it do? They came free with office chair purchases but nobody knows what to do with them. No instructions or anything. We ended up just throwing them away. No wonder they were free.

Great Balance Board
This balance board is very sturdy and I love the foot massaging surface. It does really help with fatigue. I can move around on the board all day and my feet and legs don't hurt nearly as much as when I stand still.

Perfectly suited!
A co-worker and I both purchased these boards and we think they are absolutely great! They take the pressure off of the legs and the little knobs feel good on the feet. The half ball in the middle works wonders on the relieving pressure on the arch of the foot and is a great foot massage tool.

Very Comfortable
This board doesn't give you a whole lot of making you balance. I was hoping for a bit more to make me move while I work but I also enjoy making it rock as I sit for a bit of a fidget. It definitely makes it more comfortable to stand for longer than I used to with my standing desk. For the promotional price I think it is perfect.

The rocking part for balance is very much lacking. The irregular pattern gives massage if you move your feet across the board.

My feet are loving this!
Bought this on a whim and my feet are loving it! So far I use it sitting at my desk but the balance feature will probably be useful in the future. :)

Balance Board works!
My physical therapist uses a large balance board on top a half-round foam roller so I thought I’d try this smaller balance board on top a half-round pillow. Much less expensive! Feels Like I Could Stand Forever

Anti fatigue relief

Great product
this is a great addition to my office. I usually try to stand up as much as possible but my feet get tired pretty quickly. I tried it today and I was able to stand for up to 4 hrs straight with not fatigue plus my back definitely felt much better. Great product.

The board rotates and walks around too much (on carpet) when I'm trying to use it at my computer. I'm constantly having to get off the board and move it back to the starting position actually in front of my computer.
