Toner power all over cartridge.
Toner was all over the cartridge and inside the packaging. Cyan and yellow were almost the same condition.

Once in the past I had a package delivered to the wrong address. 17212 instead of 17211. It happened again several years later. But I did not enter address. The system had the address somewhere and used it. Checking profile at staples.com I found it had the wrong address. Changed it again.

Not great.
This was the wrong part for my printer. I had to take it back to a store an hour away from my house to get a refund. Not real happy about it.

Arrived Late
The product itself is great. I ordered and received notification that the cartridge had arrived even though it had not. I followed up with Staples. They sent me a picture of the delivery but it was not our office. They rectified it and sent out a new cartridge the next day. Appreciate the great follow up!
