Staples software purchase
Purchased Quicken from Staples website. Received an email with weblinks that didn't work. Called Staples support was connected to Staples tech support. 30 minutes later nothing resolved. Given the tech support line for Quicken. Is an AI line. Couldn't get a person. AI took me though same steps that Staples tech support used. it still didn't work. Still couldn't get a pe...

Not for renewal
Quicken's subscriptions are confusing. The Staples website title did not indicate new customer only. Detail about new customer requirement was included in the product details. I wish that would have been in the product title. I'm working with Staples for a solution.
