Auto feed is Amazing!
We really like this new shredder. The auto feed feature is great! I can put a stack of papers in the feeding try, turn the shredder on and let it do it's thing! I pray it lasts as long as our old one.

DO NOT BUY
I have bought 2 of these and they both died within 2 weeks. They jam and thats the end of them. First once I thought someone put staples through the machine. 2nd one just died after 2 days of shreading. STAY AWAY!

Do not buy
The negative reviews are very real. The feeder sensor died, machine is a brick now. Can't be fixed. Stay away from this unit. You can buy a better unit for half the price.

Jams up consistently, takes 2 sheets and bogs way down and barely shreds supposed to do up to 12 and up to 150 ... it doesn't

Poor performance
This is the second one of these. The first one jammed miserably when I tried to use the automatic feeder. It is supposed to hold 150 sheets. Staples replaced it and I just started using the replacement today. The automatic feeder just does not work properly. Anything over 10 sheets of standard copy paper will jam it, even if you fan the sheets to make sure they are...

shedder would randomly start itself
within a week of purchasing, it started turning itself on

Great Shreadder
This shredder is great. It has function and features that my old shredder could not do. Additionally this unit has a design that helps prevent it from failing like all my previous shredders.

not enough power
Barely enough power to shred 12 sheets, this will probably not last 6 months. I thought it was the same as last one we ordered from Staples but is not. And description do not include size of motor to compare units.

DO NOT BUY HORRIBLE
60 DAYS Ago I bought this shredder and its already broken, It take the paper and then returns its, get stuck and its just stopped working.

Great for Office
Our old shredder stopped working and we needed a new one that can handle large loads of paper. This has been great. It's quite sleek. The motor is a bit loud but not excessively so.

The auto feed on the shredder is a game changer! Set the pages in the auto feed it shreds a few sheets at a time. It works similar to the auto feed of a printer. Set the papers in the shredder and it takes care of it self with no worries about jamming. Leaving you free to take care of other things. No more need to sit and manually feed the papers a few at a time.
