Stopped working in 2 weeks!
Shredder started out OK, but has now stopped working in 2 weeks time. Motor still runs, but teeth do not move, nothing stuck in it.

Did not work
I received the shredder and it wouldn't turn on after numerous attempts, and wasted time rereading instructions and YouTube videos. I concluded that it just didn't work, so I had to return. Hope the next one works.

The perfect shredder for big jobs!
After moving we needed to destroy hundreds of out-of-date documents and our shredder wasn’t up to the challenge. We looked into shredding companies but their pricing was a bit high. So we invested in this shredder and the auto feed feature is great, such a time saver. We recommend this shredder for big and also any small jobs too!

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER
I ordered this shredder in December since then I've had to send it back TWICE for maintenance. Cannot handle more than 10 pages, This shredder is a waste and they will not refund you, they will just continue to send you the same worthless shredder. Save your time and energy

Broke in 1 month
Broke after it tried to pull all 150 sheets into the shredder at once-had it for a month and a half. Don't recommend.

Smaller than expected
The unit is quiet and has a couple fancy features, but it is much smaller in bin capacity than two or three of other shredders that I have bought at Staples. It comes with a plastic trash bag to catch shreddings, but the way the container is shaped, it's hard to get the bag inserted in the shredder.

Good personal Shredder
So far so good. Have had it for about a month. Handled everything so far. The feeder part works for only a few dozen sheets at a time at most and feeds the first few quickly one at a time but after that wants to bunch up the rest and sometimes jams.
