Stopped working in 2 weeks!
Shredder started out OK, but has now stopped working in 2 weeks time. Motor still runs, but teeth do not move, nothing stuck in it.

Lasted exactly one year.
Broke today. A few weeks shy of its 1st birthday. Only used it at home. This is my 3rd shredder in 3 years. I really don't know anymore which brands will last because this is ridiculous. It's always too late for a return. I shred mail and paper 1-2 times a month.

Not worth the high price
I got this because it said it could handle 150 pages. However, it often gets stuck with just a single page. It gets stuck 90 percent of the time. If you use the feeder in the back, it does fine most of the time. But for every day shredding a piece or two of paper in the front feeder, it jams most of the time. Garbage
First one didn't start. Second one died within a year. Third one lasted 2 days. I will say there was good customer service in replacing them, but it got a bit tiring after the third failure.

ally tried turning it on without reading the directions. Surely a shredder can't be that hard to figure out. It wouldn't turn on and so I had to consult the manual. It still doesn't turn on and I tried it on multiple outlets and my husband also tried to get it to turn on, but no luck

Worked for 12 hours
I purchased the 20 page shredder at another location, so figured going to the larger 150 feeder would be great. The feeder stopped working after half a day of use. The 12 page slot still works well but you are paying for the feeder (which when working only brings in on sheet of paper) Ixwould avoid this model.

Great shredder
I had been going through 30 years worth of papers. I needed a shredder to destroy these papers and it did a great job!!
