Great Little Shredder
Nice small desktop shredder. Use it for daily junk mail-I only put one piece through at a time to be sure no jamming. I think its pretty quiet and live the “confetti-like” micro cut pieces! I also prefer a basket that pulls out instead of having to lift the heavy top off and figure out where to put it while emptying basket. Can’t be more pleased-delivered next day-very ...

defective
Just arrived after shredding 10 to 15 pages shredder says it is full and stops working. Paper is about 1 inch on the bottom of tray. Tried 3 different times thinking something was caught and settin off sensor. Must be bad sensor. Sending it in for replacement.

Just Started Using IT - ok
Had my last Mailmate shredder for 6 years. So far it's only been a week seems ok. Don't know why though when I turn it on it actually makes noise like its shredding then stops. Other unit didn't do that....It just turned on and only ran when I started to input paper. Guess it's kind of annoying. Why they change this? So far it works ok. The shredding is tiny good...

Best Small Size Shredder Ever!
Finding a small sized paper shredder was a difficult task. Most shredder are big. I needed a small one for on top of my desk to replace my very old one that finally gave out. This shredded was perfect. It even handles more than my old one. I love that it is black and that it is small. I am very happy with this little shredder!!!

Does a great job without breaking the bank. My only complaint is that it is short and I have to put it up on the desk to comfortably sure. Outside of that it’s great.

Compact but Inefficient capacity at high price
I like the fact that this is small and fits neatly under most desks but it is an annoyance that the drawer will only hold an fraction of it's capacity before the red light goes off and the shredder refuses to work forcing emptying of the container. Great shredder very quiet
My old shredder of many years finally quite on me so I purchased this one because of its small size good capacity and reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier - it works great is VERY quiet and fits nicely just about anywhere. I’ve only had it a few days but I expect it’ll have a good long life.
