Stopped working after return window
Cannot shred more than 2 sheets of 20lb bond paper without jamming. Happened almost immediately after online return window closed.

Shredder is ok
The shredder top is heavy and you have to put it back into the basket, It keeps running even though the paper is shredded.

Good basic shredder
Meets my needs for shredding paper- motor runs smoothly and operates consistently. Only wish is that it would cross shred into slightly smaller pieces like my old Staples shredder because sometimes I can see an intact word due to the shape and direction of the cut, but I am happy overall.

Demon shredder
My unit is only on when I need to use it. Today after shredding a few sheets of paper, it would not stop. I shut it off and cleaned out the teeth and then it seemed fine. An hour later it started shredding again despite nothing being fed into it.

Inaccurate video
As I was shopping for a shredder I watched the video linked with this one. After watching video I bought it. Took it out of the box...it was not the same shredder...it was not the one I wanted from the video!! I am returning it.
