Demon shredder
My unit is only on when I need to use it. Today after shredding a few sheets of paper, it would not stop. I shut it off and cleaned out the teeth and then it seemed fine. An hour later it started shredding again despite nothing being fed into it.

Inaccurate video
As I was shopping for a shredder I watched the video linked with this one. After watching video I bought it. Took it out of the box...it was not the same shredder...it was not the one I wanted from the video!! I am returning it.

It's okay. The shredder we bought years ago over 10 years was much better. More sheets longer time shredding larger basket etc. Too bad I did not replace it with the same one. If it can be replaced I would be pleased. Check your records when the original was purchased

Good but can be noisy for some people
Compact and works like a charm. Only issue I have with design is that it’s emits high pitch sound. My old shredder was loud but duller sound (slower shredding speed). This one is not as loud but the sound is much higher pitch.

IT'S NOT BAD
Shredded paper accumulates and when this happens everything gets stuck. Very annoying! I now find myself stopping and cleaning the blades to avoid this. Not sure if I will return for a different one. What I do like is the compact size of the shredder.
