Machine Constantly Overheats
I wish I would have used this sooner so I could have taken this shredder back. It constantly overheats, just doing daily shredding. I have attempted to shred about 25 pages and it overheats. I turn it off and come back several hours later and it will let me do half a sheet, then displays the overhead symbol and won't work. I've unplugged the shredder and attempted to "r...

Fix a problem
When this shredder displays the overheat light, that indicates other problems. Mainly it's clogged and needs oil. Turn it upside down and plier the clumps out. Then apply oil liberably on both cutting edges inside. Turn it upright and squirt oil directly in the feed slot. This puppy loves oil and is a good machine.

Handy Shredder
This shredder design makes it easy to roll it out and back from under my desk and to turn it on by sliding the top. It works seamlessly. I would recommend it to anyone who has a relatively light load of documents to shred.

Constantly Overheats
I replaced my Fellowes Paper Shredder which I had for almost 10 years and I loved it but this Shredder overheats quickly and I only had half of a bin shredded and it was only 5 minutes. I am returning it and going back to the Fellowes brand. Very unhappy with this purchase.

The product is excellent. I like the design, it's easy to use, it's quiet , cuts well, shreds paper into very small pieces, easy to empty contents, easy to move (on wheels) , Does not create a mess in the area.

Home use maybe, not for office
The specs say 20 minutes run time. We can only use it 5-10 minutes then must rest 20-25 since overheated. NOT useful in our office. Very disapoointed.

Not impressed
This is a very loud shredder especially for its smaller size. Do not like it and just got it today. I should have investigated it more. Top part is very heavy and having to remove it to take out the shredded paper does not thrill me.

Does the job
It works well and while having a smaller shredder is nice from a space standpoint it’s obviously not able to hold as much shredded paper as our previous shredder.

15 Sheet Cross cut Shredder
We are satisfied with the product. It’s a bit small in size and capacity but will meet our needs. Compact size and move ability is good for a home setting. It’s certainly strong enough and will shred thoroughly. Had to get used to the 20 minutes on/40 minutes rest pattern. Got it on sale so that’s a plus.
