GREAT
Very quite, very fast, BUT... very heavy, much more than my old one, BUT it is a much more heavy-duty one also... Let's see how long before my wife burns this one out...LOL

Did not hold up. We purchased this back in October 2024. Our old one was on its last leg. When we receive this one it was quite and cut rather well. We did not over work the machine and really only used it about 6 times total. Now it will not cut nor will it pull the paper down to shred the paper. It seems like the button for it to reverse the paper out of the shre...

Nice Machine!
I have been using the 20-Sheet Micro-Cut Multi-Media Shredder (ST62155) for a week. It’s quieter than any shredder I have ever used; quite the paper muncher. Lives up to its name.

Disappointing
I do a lot of shredding and was looking to replace the Staples 16-sheet micro cut shredder Model No. SPL-TMC 162A which I bought in 2016 and had proved to be a reliable work horse of a unit. However, it finally jammed once too often and died. Not bad really. It gave me 9 good years of service.

Not worth it
It over heats after about 20 minutes of using it. Not very powerful. Gets jammed a lot, even when using less than the recommended amount of sheets. Not worth the money to only work for a short and not last very long.

Not a good buy
Shred about 2 rounds, then jam. Takes cajoling to start up again. Only to repeat jamming. Returned to store next day.

Quiet
This shredder gets the job done! It’s quiet and I like the sliding cover on the top which keeps the paper slot hidden away from children. It’s a little slower than a cross cut shredder but that is to be expected. Overall a good buy.

Stop Looking, Buy This One!
I did a lot of research and it paid off as this is a great product! I wanted one that handled 20 sheets and ran at least 30 minutes without overheating. This unit is a work-horse. I love it!
