It died.
i tried to return to the store learned i need to deal with the company rather than Staples directly. Would not recommend nor would I repurchase from you. Looking for my paperwork now. UGH.

Great product
Great shredder. Super quiet and does a great job. The only suggestion would be to put locking wheels one. It has to be away from the wall because of the sliding top to open the shredder and it rolls away if you don’t use one hand to hold it in place.

Staples Micro-cut Shredder
This unit is very quiet. I like the safety feature of the top closing covering the open slot when not in use; a safety feature especially valuable if there are children in the household.

Good job in shredding
My husband used it and was shredding 6-10 papers for 30 minutes when it decided to cut off. But after is rested 15 minutes it was ready to go again. Still a good shredder.

Sturdy and Dependable

This shredder just powers through everything and even lets you know when the bin is full with a red light on top and a beep sound. So far I have had no issues with it and would definitely recommend it.

Worked for a year
