Horrible
apparently this shredder needs bags and we did not receive the accessories with the purchase. we proceeded to try and use the machine without the bags and the machine indicates that the bin is full when it is only half-way full. this makes it difficult and frustrating to use. i will be looking into returning the unit as soon as possible.

Nice Shredder
I've only had this shredder in use for about 2 weeks; however, it is a nice a nice shredder that fits snuggly out of the way. It's relatively quiet and works well. However, the buttons are a little flimsy & get stuck periodically.

Take care to fully read the instructions and take
Totally worth the money. This unit took care of what I was going to have to pay deeply out of pocket for to get a service to shred old important documents. A Hugh plus was that Eric, the manager, asst manger gave me a wonderful 30% discount which sealed the deal for me. If you purchase it, also get a pack of shredder lubricant sheets. You will need them.

Quiet, but small capacity
Shredder is amazingly quiet, but if you do larger amount of shredding at the time, this is not for you. The waste basket is very small, does not come all the way to top.

Not cut and dry
The enclosed plastic bag is too small to use in the machine. The cutting output is too large and fills the basket much quicker because there is more air pockets generated. The unit is too small. There's a design flaw for the trash bag installation. When I talked to customer relations they said that it could have been designed better and she recommended I use tape to secure the bag each time you replace one.

Rapid Shred With Ease
What I loved about this shredder is that you can shred 24 sheets without jamming or over heating this machine. I have utilized lesser quantity machines and within 2 minutes of 10 sheet shreds the machine machine would over heat and cut off. This is an excellent mean eating paper machine
This paper shredder was very impressive I was hesitant and did not think it was going to function to it’s full capacity as I read about. I was totally shocked at how well it eats thick stacks of paper and shreds them up it took old credit cards with no problem and stacks of paper with staples and paper clips !

Shreds like butter
This is the most powerful shredder I have seen lately. I placed three envelopes of bulk mail together and they went through the feeder as though they were a slab of soft butter. Works amazing
This paper shredder is an absolute beast! Nothing that I tried to shred stood any chance against this machine.
