I was disappointed that the Staples I went to did not have the Canon ink cartridges that I needed. But the staff was terrific when I asked for help. They located the cartridges in their system and arranged to ship them to me for no charge. I received the correct ink cartridges earlier than expected. Canon PG-XL/CL-286 XL Ink Cartridges
The Canon PG-XL/CL-286 XL ink cartridges arrived in excellent condition and in a timely manner. I am disappointed that the XL cartridges don’t last longer for the cost. This isn’t the fault of Staples.

Packaging Poor
This time the insides boxes were not damaged but the outside box and a crushed corner. The air pack inside was too small for the box.

Very fast and easy!
We had to order the ink cartridges for our new Canon printer because most stores do not have them in stock. We placed the order online and it said they would arrive the next day with no charge for shipment and they were right! We will certainly be ordering them again from Staples. So quick and easy!
