Very helpful sales staff
I was disappointed that the Staples I went to did not have the Canon ink cartridges that I needed. But the staff was terrific when I asked for help. They located the cartridges in their system and arranged to ship them to me for no charge. I received the correct ink cartridges earlier than expected. Packaging Poor
This time the insides boxes were not damaged but the outside box and a crushed corner. The air pack inside was too small for the box.
