Good quality, ridiculous pricing
The brand name toner and drum units are better than the super cheap ones you can get online. They are not worth the huge price difference. I feel ripped off every time I buy the brand name.

Confusing description
I ordered this drum unit thinking I was getting the toner only (I didn't think I needed to replace the drum as the printer is only six months old). The reason I thought I was getting the toner is because the description options for ordering say: "toner only" (this is the one I chose); "toner + 5 ream case paper"; or "toner + 8 ream case of paper".
