Disappointment
This is a difficult chair to assemble physically due to its parts and screws. Even the casters took over an hour to install because two of these nearly didn't fit. The chair doesn't tilt upwards despite following instructions.

The chair was purchased for another employee in the office. He LOVES his new chair, and I am considering ordering another one for the office. The price on the chair was great! It shipped very quickly and the delivery guy was great to work with and went out of his way to put the chair in the office it needed to go to. Highly recommend purchasing this chair!

Nice chair
Bought this on sale and it is comfortable chair. It rather firm and gives good support. It is not a soft cushy chair. I am 6'2, 215 lbs and I take up most of the seat but it is still OK.
