No need for HP Instant Ink!
Just what I wanted, and it came the next day. There is no reason to enroll in HP's Instant Ink program when you get service this good. I was uncomfortable with HP knowing how many pages I print each day and having remote control over my printer, and also uneasy about the months when I would exceed their page limit (income tax time, for example). I think the amount of $$$ charged by any office supply company for INK is a complete ripoff.

Exactly what I ordered
The price of HP ink is getting up there. However, the delivery to office makes it OK. Saved a bit by ordering the four pack.

Missing Quality Control on printer cartridges

HP 923 black cartridge WILL NOT install in an OfficeJet Pro 8130e -- forcing it might break the printer. I’ve compared it to the empty one that I took out and on the new one there was a piece of plastic preventing the installation.
I have NEVER heard back from HP on how to fix. Very disappointing

Does not last
Installed a month ago. Have printed very little. Already showing low on ink. May need to buy ink from a different retailer in hopes of getting a better product or just purchase a different brand printer.

Black cartridge indicated that it was at full capacity but would not print at all!!!
I hope I can return the defective cartridge even though it was part of a set. This is very distressing.

Did not have it in stock but staff in Dearborn were very helpful. They ordered it to be delivered to my home and I received it the next day. I'm sure the product will be fine - haven't used it yet.
