I think the amount of $$$ charged by any office supply company for INK is a complete ripoff.

Does not last
Installed a month ago. Have printed very little. Already showing low on ink. May need to buy ink from a different retailer in hopes of getting a better product or just purchase a different brand printer.

Black cartridge indicated that it was at full capacity but would not print at all!!!
I hope I can return the defective cartridge even though it was part of a set. This is very distressing.

Did not have it in stock but staff in Dearborn were very helpful. They ordered it to be delivered to my home and I received it the next day. I'm sure the product will be fine - haven't used it yet.

Problem with Black Cartridge
Black cartridge very difficult to fit into printer. Had to insert several times before it clicked in properly. No problems with the color cartridges.

Expensive for what it holds.
Cost is ridiculous, holds only a thimble full of ink.I'm going elsewhere to buyand/or going to another printer mfg

HP Ink Purchase
Staples had the ink I needed in stock, and usually does. I know that Staples does not set the selling price of HP ink but ink is getting more expensive as time goes along. One four-pack costs about a quarter of the cost of a new printer.
