Poor packing
I ordered 9 cartridges but because the packaging was so poor, it was open when I received it and all but one of the cartridges had fallen out somewhere in the shipping process. Thankfully, they are sending me new cartridges.

Expensive
I just got the printer which is flimsy but works OK. Couldn't get the ink refill program because their website didn't work. The first cartridge lasted a day. They are expensive and don't last anywhere the stated page count. They can be hard to find - had to order this to be shipped. However had no so ftware problems installing and connecting it to computers.
