Gotta do better
Was told twice the item was ready to pickup. Twice the item was not at store.
Should not tell a customer you will do something and not do it.
Should return call to customer after message was left.

Fits Perfectly in My Day Runner
I found an older Day Runner book and decided to try and fill with calendar, notepad and essential items. It works perfectly and fits great. Saved me having to buy another calendar that wasn't exactly what I wanted.
