The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and pleasant…I wasn’t sure exactly what item was needed and he confidently let me know that what I had chosen was the best product for my application….Rarely do I get that type of efficient service..it really made my day

I down rated this because Staples keeps sending emails to rate this item that I haven’t even opened yet. Too many requests for reviews dilutes the validity of the review system. Every item purchased at Staples does not need to be reviewed.

Charger cord

USA to USC works well - the USC end sometimes slightly slips and looses connection. But I’m working with it.
