Bad Delivery Process

Hallmark soft is good, but the Staples is bad.
I have used the Hallmark software for many years, but this was my first using the Staples on-line system to purchase the new software. What a pain in the neck. When the order was completed and the receipt was finally delivered, that is when things went bad. I attempted to download the software, and it was a NO go. Their link did not work.
