Excellent Office Chair
Chair is extremely comfortable. Heat and massage are good. It’s not overly powerful so it doesn’t disrupt working at a computer while it’s on. The only negatives are the cord could be a little longer and the chair only locks in the upright position.

Youhave to keep plugged in
I am a lefty so having a charging cable on the right that you have to keep plugged in in order for the massage/heat to work does not work for me.

Sits a little bit too high for the desk that I have and doesn’t lean back as far as the one in the store that I sat in. Comfortable though. I thought that the seat warmer was battery operated since there were no cords dangling in the store but you need to plug it into the back of the chair and be careful not to roll over it when you back out from your desk. Dumb

Love this chair
Very comfortable. I sew quilts and sitting for a long period of time gave me back pain. With this chair I have no pain plus I can have a massage! Liven it.

Works perfectly
This chair is a big step up from my husband's previous chair. The seat is well padded and the lumbar support is truly amazing. He hasn't had to use the heat or massage yet but that will come later after it get cooler outside.

Good supported chair overall
Nice chair that I’m keeping. Good active lumbar support when in recline mode. The massager is just a vibration and is powered by a plug connected to the wall so nothing special but the seat cushions are well padded and the back support are the keys I was looking for.

So Comfy
This chair is amazing. It's very comfortable and it was easy to put together. It looks great in my space. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 was because of the color. They say it's of white but it clearly is a soft gray. It still matched my space so I kept it.

No camera have a landline phone
I fell in love the minute i sat down on it at Staples Dept Store. The person that put it together for me id not do a good job because now it squeaky and not so comfortable i feel like i'm sitting forward like on a kitchen chair I do not have anyone else to set it right Thank you not your fault.

Comfort & Stability
The chair is very comfortable and provides stability for my back. I feel so much better sitting in this chair with the extra firm padding. I will purchase another for my husband so he can experience the same comfort.

Great except for active lumbar
I bought this chair for all the extra features. Great Looking massage (if you like just a vibrating massage) heat (although not a big difference since your back gives off it's own heat) comfort (except for trying to get use to the active lumbar pushing in on your back more than you'd like).
