Heat not working after 2 months
Chair was great, I bought it for comfort and the heat feature. Personally, not interested in massage feature myself but good for those that enjoy it.

It’s decent and comfy
Comfortable however the back started to creak a lot after two weeks. The vibration is odd and wish it actually massaged. The heated seat turns off quickly and the only way to turn it on is by first turning on the vibration. I wish it reclined more and was easier to recline. Wonderful
This is such an upgrade! Chair is comfortable, warm and massage vibration is subtle but relaxing. I did need another set of hands to help assemble, but otherwise was simple and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Love this chair!!! I sit in mine 8 hours a day/5days a week and it still looks new! I have used the massage and heat maybe 10 times and it’s great have… riding another one for my home!

Bonded Leather Swivel Massage Chair
Purchased this chair two weeks ago and I love it. Had it delivered to the house and I have it put together in ten minutes. When using it I have to sit in it for two or three hours at a time and when done I get out without any back pain or sore muscles from sitting in a uncomfortable chair

I recently purchased this chair and so far I love it. I like that the seat is wide. It provides great support to the lumbar spine and hugs the legs nicely. Cushion Flattens to hard metal

Who knew a chair could be so great?!
I was a little reluctant to spend so much on an office chair, but so happy I did. My husband can't stop raving about it.. others he works with have now bought one as well. He said the massage and heat are nice but the comfort and lunar support are really what's noticeable. Worth the investment if you're sitting in your chair a lot

Comfortable chair!

Great at first...
7 months in, the chair's heat does not work anymore. Try finding anything online about this 5-year warranty...good luck! Sharper Image doesn't even have it on their website. I gave it 2 stars because the chair is comfortable and I do like the lumbar feature, but the heat was the primary reason for buying it. Now I'm on a scavenger hunt to find a warranty contact.
