This chair was everything I wanted, soft, supportive and massage my thorasic, lumber area. I sit all day for work and this chair is working out wonderfully.

Beautiful to Look At, Painful & Miserable to Use.
I drove 30 minutes at 8 PM to pick this up from another store because it looked perfect on paper and felt great in my 5-minute showroom test. After a week of actual use working long hours, I'm dealing with shoulder pain and deep regret.

Who knew a chair could be so great?!
I was a little reluctant to spend so much on an office chair, but so happy I did. My husband can't stop raving about it.. others he works with have now bought one as well. He said the massage and heat are nice but the comfort and lunar support are really what's noticeable. Worth the investment if you're sitting in your chair a lot

Comfortable chair!
Comfortable chair. Easy to put together. Heat and vibration are just ok. Chair all alone is awesome- got a new job and working long hours (12) and this chair was a lifesaver.

Great at first...
7 months in, the chair's heat does not work anymore. Try finding anything online about this 5-year warranty...good luck! Sharper Image doesn't even have it on their website. I gave it 2 stars because the chair is comfortable and I do like the lumbar feature, but the heat was the primary reason for buying it. Now I'm on a scavenger hunt to find a warranty contact.

Awesome chair
This chair is exactly what I needed. Heat and massage work great, added bonus that it automatically turns off after set amount of time. Chair is very comfortable. My only complaint is I would have liked the controls on a remote of some kind for easier access and ability to see what button you are pressing. Great chair though.

Works well.
I like the chair. Bought it for the heat option. Also like the vibrating option. The challenge is trying to not role over the electric cord. The chair is comfortable and fits me well. Easy to put together.

Comfortable, easy to assemble and the heat feature is awesome!
I was able to assemble this by myself in about 30 minutes. very easy to do. sturdy chair. The heat in the lumbar is really nice and the massage, it is just vibrations but a nice touch. This chair will serve me well working from home most of the week. I recommend this chair!
