Horrible customer service and product
Do not buy this chair or waste your money on the extended warranty. It is so stiff it physically hurts to sit in. The floor model was cushioned and felt great but once at home with a brand new one all the cushion is in the back of knees and where your tailbone sits is like sitting on a brick. Love the chair
This chair is so much more comfortable to sit in than my previous desk chair. The heat and vibration features are extraneous for sure but nice to have. Worth getting the chair though even without those features.

great office chair
super comfy. the back heat doesnt get as hot as I would like thats the only reason im not giving it 5 stars. i def recommend sitting in this all day for work, it's wide enough too for lots of room.

Active Lumbar & Heat are the best features of this chair!
Day 1 of using it. I love the Lumbar feature! Been having a lower back pain and both lumbar and heat features help a lot. My husband is a handyman and he assemble my chair, I feel like its very sturdy.
It's true that its not really a "massage" chair (thus, I only score 4 stars) as it only vibrates but its all I need to be honest. Its so comfortable to seat and lean back...

Nice chair
I really enjoy the chair! It took 2 people to put it together. However, the heat feature and massage feature shut off after just a few mins and I have to keep awkwardly reaching back in Teams meetings to turn them back on. Also, the massage feature is VERY light. Its more of a vibration than anything.

Creaky, inconvenient, and cheap materials
Our whole office got these chairs a few weeks ago. At first, they seemed amazing, but it only took a few days to realize these are crap. Every time you move, the whole chair makes an unbearable creaking sound. The sound is nothing that can be fixed, as it is the interior parts rubbing against the leather. Sharper Image S-600
Tried other office chairs in store and settled on the Sharper Image S-600 as the most comfortable for a taller user. I especially like the built-in lumbar support. The chair was on sale and a value for the quality received and assembly was easy.

Great Chair!
It is sturdy and comfortable. Fairly easy to assemble. Massaging and heat features are great. The only problem is that we are continuously running over the power chord that is needed for the massaging and heat features. It would be a 5 star if you could charge your chair over night and unplug it for the massage and heat features.

Comfortable but low quality
This char is very comfortable but it needs to be plugged in for it to work so, you're attached to an outlet while you work. It looks nice but the material is low quality. I turned the chair and the back rubbed on the edge of my desk which tore the material open. it's made of really thin material.

I’ve had this chair about a year now and the one criticism I have about it is it does not give enough back support. Unless you like leaning towards the back, but I tend to like sitting straight up.
