Sharp Corners
Received this as a gift and love the box with the mirror, however, the corners of the box seem sharp and it makes me nervous for her to play with it.

Wooden Surprise Gift Box
The concept was great, but the wooden box has very sharp corners and edges. I think this is looking at a possible injury, especially if the child tries to get their face close to box opening to see them self in the mirror.

Good product
This was a fun surprise for my grandson to open and play with. He loved it and it was age appropriate for him. It has been a constant toy in his rotation that he hasn't tired of.

Cute toy
This is such a cute baby toy. The toys come in a wooden birthday present and the inside of the box has a mirror. The top of the box has Velcro so the box will close to prevent the toys from falling out. My baby really loved the rattle ball and the crinkle toy

When kids love the box instead of the toy!
My kid is known for loving to play with odd things like boxes, plastic spoons, and cards instead of real toys. This gift was perfect for her. So cute!
This toy is super cute and great for 6 months and up. I gave it to my one year old and he loves it. His favorite is the crinkle "tissue paper". Engaging surprise box!
We recently introduced the Melissa & Doug surprise box to our 1 year old son, and it was a big hit! I'm happy to report that it kept him engaged for quite some time. So much fun!
Wow! My son absolutely loves his gift box from Melissa&Doug. He enjoys it and plays with it nonstop. One of my daughter's favorites!

Super cute
What a super cute idea! My daughter received this right after her birthday and because it looks like a present I loved it even more. She loves pulling all the toys out of the box and looking at herself in the mirror.

Cute idea
We received this item as part of an online review panel. My 9 month old son had very little interest in it at first, but the more we played with it, the more he enjoyed it. Cute exploratory toy for babies and toddlers

Fun box for babies
This "surprise box" is a nice little toy for babies with a fun birthday theme. I think it would make a fun baby shower gift. We got it when my son was 8 months and I think it could easily be used by younger babies. The box says 6M+ but I think a 3 month old would enjoy it also.
