impossible to assemble
The "easy assembly" claim is infuriating. The bolts won't even go into the seat to attach it. The plastic piece is supposed to fit flush to the seat so you can screw it in but it doesn't, so the bolt can't even reach the hole it is supposed to go into.

A nightmare to assemble. Do not buy
I've assembleda couple different office chairs and this is by far the worst. Don't recommend buying it

Cartwright chair
Delivery came overnight. Parts did not fit well, mainly the arm rests, so assembly was not easy. I wish I would have purchased something else or something already assembled.

Great for teh back

Good for the price
The chair is quite comfortable. It’s very lightweight. I would not spend an entire day in it i.e. full-time worker. But for an hour at my desk here and there, it’s perfect. And certainly great for the price!

Painful chair
I purchased this chair based on a recommendation from a health provider due to it being ergonomic. The quality is very poor; it took 2 hours to assemble due to many of the screw holes being misaligned with the fabric. Misleading and Unusable
I bought this because it was supposed to have a 25 inch wide seat, it does not. It is so small I can’t even sit in it comfortably. I am 5’3, average weight. This chair is poorly designed.

Too small for an average person
I bought this chair because it was a great sale price. I purchased online rather than in person and there's always a downside to that. If I had gone into the store and tested out this chair, it's likely I would not have chosen it. The seat is way too narrow once assembled, the arms going down the sides need more wiggle room. It was easy to put together until I got to putting the arms on. The arms would not line up with the holes. I had a hard time trying to line up and screw them Instructions was not as clear for me to understand that part. Otherwise I love the chair.
