Troublesome assembly
Great value for the chair, but the alignment between the arms that must attach to both the base and the back is extremely difficult to get right.

Worth the effort
Bought for great sale price. Assembly was “interesting” but instructions were very clear with a screws identified in separate packages for each step. Used an ironing board as a workbench so assembling arms while hanging over the sides made it easy. Instructions say don’t tighten arm screws until all are started. Warning!
This chair is EXTREMELY difficult to assemble. Instructions don't work and holes don't line up! After 4 hours and two grown men forcing the arms to line up, it was FINALLY assembled. If you get that far, it is comfortable and very usable!

Mostly worth the cost
It was mostly easy to put together until the arms. One arm went on very easily. The other arm...holes didn't match up. Had to drill to get the nut into the hole.

Easy to assemble, basic desk chair
I was able to buy this chair on sale. It was delivered 2-3 days later. It took about an hour's work to put it together. (All you need is the tool provided in the kit.) So now I have a functional desk chair that has a height adjustment, arms, and coasters -- at a great price.

Good once assembled
I am pretty technical but struggled getting to various pieces to go together. Eventually I had to drill the rear arm rest holes a bit larger to allow the bolt to go through and align with the threaded hole. Once I did that, the chair assembly was possible. Once assembled, it appears like a pretty nice office chair.
