Impossible to assemble
The last 2 screws for the seat are impossible to screw into the chairback. You need insane strength to push the pieces together to get the screw to catch to screw in properly. Waste of money!!!

Cheap chair at the expense of your sanity!
This chair took 3 hours to assemble. Unscrewing and screwing parts numerous times. The armrests are warped and screw holes do not align. I had to wrestle with everything bending it to the right position while i screwed the hardware. I was so angry at the end of this process. Not a good way to attract repeat business. Look elsewhere if possible!

Chair is fine for price
Chair is fine but putting it together was very frustrating. The support line was also a frustrating experience. There needs to be a video showing step by step. There was one on line but the step I needed to see the person blocked the camera so I could not see what I needed to see.

Simple Sturdy Chair for the Price
Looks as shown. Assembly is easy just follow the directions carefully or the screws won’t line up. The chair is firm and simple with no frills. The seat cushion is very firm. The backrest can either lock in an upright position or fully recline there’s no in-between setting. If you’re looking for an affordable chair on a tight budget it’s worth it.

Terrific Chair!
Exactly the type of chair I needed for occasional home office tasks and computer time. Great lumbar support compared to bigger/fancier chairs. Moves well. Excellent value for the price including assembly by the Staples team.

Nice computer chair
Just perfect. I had my old computer chair forever and the material was starting to rip and fall off. I looked at the options Staples had and found this chair would be great for my needs.
