When ordering online I indicated an alternate pick up person. That person’s name did not appear on the “notice to pick up” communication. That caused picking up the item awkward.

Fixed issue with USB connecton to printer
I had spent a lot of time trying to get my Epson printer to print with my USB cable. The new cable has apparently fixed the problem so I can turn the printer off at night and when I turn it on in the morning it works without having to try various fixes.

Very helpful
I needed a USB cord. The clerk was very helpful. The cord I needed was not in stock so she ordered it to be shipped to my home. While she was getting my information she signed me up for rewards. Exactly what I needed
Our printer did not come with the cord I needed and when I looked online at Staples it was easy and very affordable. The delivery person was great and friendly.
