Outstanding product
I was looking for another speaker and found another one! This is my 2nd one. The compact size & sound is key to listening. The battery has long life. Sound quality is great.

Nice sound, on button broken
Sound quality is good. Can't comment on the carabiner as never seen the clip 4. My issue with this is my brand new clip 5 tries to turn itself on in the middle of the night. I have tried all the tips to reset, fully charge, etc but it still does it. It's not all night, it's not at regular times. It could happen 3-4 times then nothing for an hour.

Mostly good, but…
Great sound, but randomly shuts off after 20 minutes of use. The battery isn’t dead, I just have to turn it back on again. This has happened several times.

To reset the speaker, press and hold the play/pause and Volume + buttons for more than 2 seconds or until the speaker turns off. Once done, pair it again to your device to see if it fixes the issue. personalized perfection
amazing gift. colors came out great and seems like it will do well. painted area is a but tacky even days after being open but not coming off tacky, I think thats just the way it is. overall though great product, great sound and design.

Great product and love the aura cast capability.
I decided to give the Clip 5 a try, and I was really surprised with the quality of sound. Very satisfied with the performance at a reasonable price, and what really sold me on the Clip 5 is the fact that you can pair it with other comparable JBL speakers.Just a suggestion! Come out with a Clip 6 just a little louder and a little more brassy. That would be great and a 5 ...

Already reviewed but received a reply from JBL that I would need to download the JBL app and connect through the required steps for stereo sound to work. I guess I didn’t explain clearly that I already did that and still want blown away with the stereo sound off two Clip 5’s. Unimpressed Stereo Sound with Two
I bought another one of these and was fairly impressed with the sound quality and size of the speaker. I was enticed with the idea that you could pair two of them and get stereo sound, so I went ahead and ordered this one. Thanks for your feedback. Connecting two JBL Clip 5 speakers without the app will only allow for party mode, which produces mono sound. To activate stereo mode, please download the JBL Portable app, connect the first speaker, select "Create Stereo Mode," and then connect the second speaker.

Love the Personal Touches!

Great speaker
I use it for golf and it’s perfect for that. I have a couple of JBL Bluetooth speakers and love all of them. I like how I can connect all of the together.

Improve bass, please
I really expected a better sound for the price, I had a charge 4, I think I will leave for the 5, I had bought this one just because it was more pocket-sized, to take it for a walk or something like that, I would not recommend it for its bad basses.

Great clip 5
I made this purchase a month ago and I am glad I did. This is made of great quality and the sound is awesome. I didn’t believe a unit this small could put out sound like that!

Nice little Speaker
Got a Clip 5 as a gift. A little speaker that packs a punch. Good sounding and impressive battery life. Very easy to pair with my phone. I have it attached to my golf bag and like to use it at times while playing golf. Only minor issue is the handle size/design does not lend itself to mounting it or hanging it somewhere on the golf cart.
