JBL Go 4 - Great speaker
Great product. The sound quality is very good. I haven't played it very loud yet but I am looking forward to it. Looks good, controls are easy. If you get the JBL app you can customize the sound and that's really cool. 5 stars.

Good sound - horrible range
Ordered a small speaker to have near my hot tub since it's waterproof and small. The range on this is horrible. Have had a few bluetooth speakers over the years and this has the worst range yet. JBL Go 4 - Great speaker
Great product. The sound quality is very good. I haven't played it very loud yet but I am looking forward to it. Looks good, controls are easy. If you get the JBL app you can customize the sound and that's really cool. 5 stars.

couldn't be happier
LOVE IT. A friend showed me theirs and I fell in love...then I found out that it comes in the same pink as my 1980s boombox, so obviously I had to buy it. Great sound, great battery life, I dropped it and it didn't miss a beat.

Great product, bit too expensive
I bought this a while ago now, the quality is amazing, its small and light which means its great to take on days out/trips away, just a bit too expensive in my opinion (it was bought with discounts).

Great features!
This is my first time experiencing a JBL speaker and this one is pretty cute. *There are times I think the speaker trips out & briefly pauses but idk if I’m trippin out* but overall I love it. I was shock about its audio performance -

Some good, some not
I've had the speaker for a few weeks. The sound quality is very good, with an unexpected amount of bass. But it's unreliable in Bluetoothing into my computer. Right now the computer says it's using the JBL speaker but the sound is coming from the tinny computer speakers. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and I haven't been able to find a setting to fix it.

We appreciate your feedback. Please try the following steps:
Change output device: Go to your computer's sound settings and select 'Go 4' as your output device.
1. If our JBL Go 4' isn't visible: Perform a factory reset. To do this, ensure the device is on, then press and hold the Play/Pause and '+' buttons simultaneously for over 2 seconds.
2. After Reset: Re-pair the unit and test if the sound plays through it.
3. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us for further assistance.
