So. I've done a lot of sheet masks and I generally love Burt's Bees products. But this is not it. I took it out of the package and immediately noticed that it's super thick and oddly-shaped. Overall great mask
Thank God I looked at the reviews because I was confused by the outer layer of the mask. Overall the product and very refreshing and I recommend leaving it in the fridge to become cold. I will add to my comment once I find out if the ingredients and overall mask is good for my skin and doesn't make me breakout. So far it is a 10/10

PEEL OFF THE OUTER PAPER LAYERS- THE MASK IS INSID
This mask made my skin feel amazing! It felt so smooth and hydrated. People complaining about it being thick and stiff are not using the actual mask- you have to peel off the outer two layers of backing to find the gel mask inside!! Best mask ever
I buy this mask brand for my son who suffers off dry skin ,oily skin and acne this mask helps common it down , his face looks a lot better after each use , the acne goes down and the redness shows less he loves this brand a lot , we have hard time finding this product at are local stores

Doesn’t stay on your face
The mask is thick and stiff and doesn’t sit on the face well as a result. I wouldn’t try this again until they find a new mask to deliver the product.

Great Experience
I had a similar experience with the mask not ahereing to my face, especially around the nose area but the second time worked much better. My face feels renewed and so soft. I love the product and will continue to use!

Like but the mask material is terrible!
I want to love it, but the mask is so thick and inflexible that it hardly “contours to your face”. I’ve done a ton of sheet masks and this one is obnoxiously thick and doesn’t lay flat on entire face no matter how hard I try. So frustrating! Worst mask ever
I got three for my girls for Christmas they were so excited to use it they ended up breaking out all over about a week later and after pulling off the sheet mask their faces were so red and so dry it did the opposite of what it’s supposed to do

Love it
I want to buy this in a bottle!!! I have been searching companies for a face mask similar to this but I just want to buy the liquid in a bottle. I’m not a fan of the actual mask part because it doesn’t stay on well. I can’t even describe the difference this makes to my face, it’s crazy good!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!
I was so excited to try this and let me just say it’s awful!!! It would not stick to my face, no matter how much I tried to lay it down and the scent was horrible. Would not recommend this to anyone!

So cool feeling
Reading the other reviews, some people did NOT peel the protective outer layers off, which is why it was scratchy for some and didn’t stay on for others. You literally have to unmask the mask by taking off the two outer layers. It feels like a smooth and slimey mask once it is fitted to your face, in the best possible way. I’m obsessed

Soothing!
I thoroughly enjoyed this mask! It was cooling, soothing, hydrating, and did give my skin a nice glow to it afterwards! A great mask to use at the end of the day to really brighten up your skin while you wind down

Irritated my skin
First the good news: I love the Renewing sheet mask and highly recommend! Now for the bd news: the Brightening mask irritated my skin and rendered it blotchy and dry. I am very used to retenoids and AHA's and so on, but there was some ingedient in here that my skin didn't get along with :( If you're sensitive, you might want to reconsider and chose the Renewing mask...

Good mask! Peel the protective layers before apply
Thank goodness for the reviews. I didn’t read the small print and didn’t have the mask on properly. I finally figured it out and the mask fits well on my face. Maybe bold that part on the packaging! Overall good purchase!
