Love it!
This mask is fantastic, leaves my skin soft. If you read the instructions, you REMOVE the blue fabric covering both sides of the mask so that you have just the white biocellulose mask, which adheres perfectly.

Too thick does not form to face
I feel like they were trying to make it nice quality by making it thicker and now if doesn’t form. It’s was so annoying to wear I took it off And I’m going to go out of my way to returning them because they weren’t cheap masks. I would like to try again when they are thinner so make that apparent on the packaging when you fix this.

Best Mask Ever, Too Bad I Can't Purchase Anymore
Best face mask I have ever used. Too bad I can no longer purchase online and it is nowhere in stores. extremely disappointed by this fact and now have to search all over again for a good face mask. Will probably switch brands since this is the millionth time I got disappointed by Burt's Bees brand. It was wonderful while it lasted though.

What the he*ll
This product might be awesome, however it was so stiff that it only stuck to my forehead. I decided to try it when I woke up in the middle of the night. Scared the crap out out my husband taking a trip to the bathroom.

My go to face mask
I have sensitive skin ans cannot use most fast masks without burning and turning red. This mask is cool, and hydrating. It makes my skin feel radiant and fresh. This is my go to mask!

Mask needs more moisture
I love that the ingredients are minimal and natural , although I was let down that it wasn't very moist the cellulose mask dried quickly and didn't feel it was delivering much moisture and product to the skin, wish it had more it would be perfect

questions
This is the first mask I have ever used. it was cool on my skin and felt very nice. after 10 minutes when I removed it, there was nothing to massage into my skin. What does this mean? I used a micellar cleansing cloth before the mask.

Noticeably difference
I'm a big fan of the renewal line of products and this mask does leave my skin looking radiant. This is the best mask I've ever used.

Would not recommend this mask
I love Burt’s Bees products, but this mask in particular is no for me. The mask did not fit well. The eye, nose & mouth holes did not align with my face as other masks do. I found the scent to be very unpleasant, almost smelled like a cleaning product. 0/5 stars on this mask.

Nice mask
I really liked this renewing face mask. It left my face feeling soft and my skin refreshed. The scent was light and not overpowering. I can't wait to use this again and try the different masks as well!

Bad chemical reaction
I’m writing this review as I’m sitting on my couch with ice packs on my face. Woke up this morning with a swollen face....could barely open eyes. My face is swollen, red, burning, and my skin looks aged!!! I am so upset over this. Going to see a dermatologist tomorrow for help but Burts Bees should be sued for this!!!!

Loved this mask
Once you remove both sides of the mask, it adheres to the contours of your face. It smoothed and refreshed my skin, but didn't leave a ton of extra and sticky moisturizer on my face. Excellent product, also bought one for my mom. Her first ever mask

best mask ever!
many people don't realize you have to remove top and bottom layer of mask, in order to use the actual mask. Once you do so, the mask is so comfortable and moisturized, that I don't want to take it off. My skin looks amazing afterwards! I wish I could find the 6pack easier!

Would not recommend
The mask does not conform well to a face. There were so many gaps I had to trim the mask to make it fit slightly. It slid down over my eyes. Based on this mask I would be reluctant to try another from this brand.

Lovely basic mask
The mask quality was very good. The gel-like texture made it adhere well to my face. There was none of the annoying slippage that ruins the relaxing aspect of the mask experience. I really enjoyed wearing it. The scent was not heavy but not remarkable either. There was no serum left to massage in afterward so I assume my skin absorbed it all. This is a nice morning mask...

Terrible
Sorry but shame on Burt’s Bees for making such an awful mask! You can’t even relax with this on because of whatever the mask material is! Does not even stay on your face! It’s like some weird material Very disappointed!

Doesn't fit well
This mask gaps and bubbles and is impossible to wear smoothly. Stiff material. Smells very perfumey.

Exceeded expectations!
I never believe phrase "visible changes after only one use". This mask however, changed that. My skin was glowing! I have used lots of different products over the years and never have I seen one do what this did after one use! Thank you Burt's Bee's! A new favorite!

Like it, but got a rash
Good ole sensitive skin, is what I have. I really like this, but it turned my skin red and I have a rash by my eye so can't use it. Am really disappointed as it made my skin feel great.
