The product works great HP is always a great brand. The sales manager at the store was misinformed about printer products and had a very unprofessional attitude as if he didn’t want to be there and wasn’t helpful in my purchase.

It's ink. My main complaint is that the cartridges run out of ink too quickly and are very expensive for the amount of ink I get
