The printer does not work properly
This has been awful. I first purchased printer then in only a few weeks toner. Printer is bad and staples would not take back. Keeps saying needs paper. At times it takes me 15 min to print 1 page. Awful. I need to buy another printer and it was recommended not to purchase HP. Shame

Delivered to wrong office
Delivery instruction clearly read Suite 7. Package never arrived, picture of package on reception desk is not 470 Washington St, Norwood, Suite 7. An immediate refund or redelivery is required.

Cartridge for new HP printer
Was confusing, new printer cartridges come in new brown box and no more XL, now it is e for extended print cartridge. Also, price is higher in store than online. You have to ask for a price match to online price. If you don’t check you over pay. I always recommend extended life cartridges. In the long run they are cheaper

Getting replacement cartridges.
It is hard for me to find it for sale and it is hard to replace it when it is empty. I have no idea about replacing cartridges' which I never did before. I have always used HP inks for my older printers and had no trouble finding replacements.

Just ok
This printer is strange. When it hasn't been used for a few days, whenever I print a document it spends a minimum of 5 minutes whirring and clicking. I hear the print cartridge carriage moving back and forth numerous times and the print rollers attempting to load paper. Eventualyy it does print and the print quality is quite good. Its start up sequence is both annoying ...
