1 out of 2 pairs failed windows memory dx after about 1 month. Customer service was good. Got replacement without much hassel.

Works Incredibly well!
Bought this only because I needed tons of memory for a 12th gen board. Used the memory checker on Crucial to see compatible sticks and these popped up. Worked GREAT after a bios update!

Not compatible with what it claims to be
It would be nice if you actually tested memory you claim to be compatible with specific motherboards.

NO NOT AT THE CURRENT LEVEL OF SERVICE
PRODUCT WAS NOT THAT EASY TO INSTALL. FOR THE MONEY IT SHOULD COME WITH THE REQUIRED SCREWDRIVERS ETC. IT WAS A PAIN.
