Loose spiral, tear easily
This notebook would be okay, if you were tearing the sheets out. For a notebook that stays in-tact, the pages don't flip neatly & start tearing out. These have a lot less total coils on the edge, than the TruRed brand we got last time. Now, I think those are rebranded to Staples brand.
