lack of foam
Not sure if it is just this last bottle that I purchased because we love this product but there was a lack of foam, seamed to be watered down. I will buy again to be sure it was a one time thing

New formula??
This 1 Gal refill of Dial Basics is a disappointment. I think the formula has been changed. I've used this product for years and it had a smooth lather. This last 1 Gal refill is like water and makes no soapy lather but the soap disappears and you are just rubbing your hands together. Either I got a bad batch or the formula has changed.
