Gentle.and effective
This product is oil free and gentle in the skin. It removes all trades of mascara without heavy pressure. It doesn't cause any red ess or irritation. I highly recommend.

Not acceptable...
I will never buy another neutrogena product agaIN after purchasing the eye makeup remover. There is no seal at all on it or under the cap so not sure what is in it. Any person can open it and fill it with acid or anything and us unsuspecting customers can have life long injuries. This is just not acceptable for a huge company like Kenvue or soon to be Kimberly clark. Bu...

This product is oil free and gentle in the skin. It removes all trades of mascara without heavy pressure. It doesn't cause any red ess or irritation. I highly recommend.

Best makeup remover
This is my 3rd repurchase and I honestly will never go back. I would always struggle to take off my waterproof mascara, but with this it takes it off at an instant. It is a bit oily so i recommended that you just use some water right after. Other than that it’s amazing

This makeup remover is absolutely great working. Not too oily or not too without oily. It’s a normal texture. After the remove your make up with this makeup remover. Your face will become gently clean.

This Neutrogena stuff is exactly what they named this product because of its very gentle yet highly recommended ingredients for the skin after cleansing makeup products off. Soothing aloe that calms the skin
Non greasy , affordable and suitable for eye contacts that has soothing aloe that activates stubborn makeup and liner. A great price point and it is available and has cucumber that calms the skin.

Works!
I like that this doesn’t leave my face super oily. I don’t need to saturate a cotton ball, just a few dabs works to get even the toughest mascara off.

Wonderful
I am kids entertainer and dancer, so I do a lot of different make ups, from easy one to stage makeup, like turning myself into fiona.

Works really well.
This Gentle Oil-Free eye makeup remover works really well for me, especially when I use waterproof mascara. The only problem I have with it is that it leaves a very oily residue.

Worth the money
Good to clean off makeup but burns your eyes. So you need to be careful. Leaves a residue on your skin that feels oily but hydrating. Would rate a 7 out of 10

It's a great product
Works great. Easy to use. Make up removes easily. Makes you skin feel smooth and soft. Pulls mascara right off and texture is silky smooth. Definitely worth giving a try!!

Perfect for those with sensitive skin.

Works well to remove makeup
This make up remover works well and remove dirt and Makeup from your face. The packaging is convenient as I just pour it onto a cotton pad. I do prefer oil based for waterproof makeup, but this works well if your make up is not waterproof.

Fast and easy
Love this product! It takes my eye make up right off which is great because I use a primer and it is hard to get off with other products. This one took it off within seconds!

Gentle and effective
The thing that I like most about this makeup remover is that is really gentle with my eyes. The most difficult part of removing makeup for me have been the eye-mascara but this oil works pretty good. My sling is oily but I haven’t had any issues on using this
