Well to start it never does the same thing twice, Why I have it in first place is for E-mail.(Yahoo) That is always the last thing to come in. Things I don't know or want are there immediately. Bing is one..??

Awesome Computer, Odd Stand
I'm very happy with my new All in One Desktop. The monitor picture quality is amazing. It's faster than my older Dell and has more storage capacity. Terrible Customer Service - do not buy HP
Long time loyal HP customer here, shocked to be writing this review for an order I placed on June 30th. The PC arrived damaged with a line on the screen. Never got the computer I paid for
Came broken. Mailed it back. A week later had to fight the customer service robot just to be told it’s out of stock indefinitely. Still no computer. No refund. No replacement. No information. Unacceptable.

Nice All in One
PC itself is pretty nice. Takes minimal space on the table and works fast. Very practical size of the screen and display quality is good. The only negative is length of time it took to get. HP delayed order twice and shipment took another 10 days. This is not great and if you are in a pinch and can not wait, try something else.

Good computer with an awkward positioning of the usb slots.
Computer works well. I use it for web browsing, working on music files. Some wordprocessing. Watching movies, sport.
One point of improvement: usb slots should be on the side and not in the back. I switch flash drives, cd player, record player quite a bit and having to turn the computer around on e regular basis is a hassle.

Great deal!
I really love my all-in-one HP computer. I love to size, the touch screen, and all the space I am saving not having a tower. I also purchased MS Office and an external DVD player, and it came with a cordless mouse and keyboard. It has been great for typing, watching movies and surfing the web. So happy I bought it.

cutting that are a little surprising when you pay this much, but most are fixable by paying a little more to buy some of your own accessories.

Only One Bump in the Road
I'm enjoying my new AllinOne desktop. Compact, arrived remarkably well packaged and extremely easy to setup EXCEPT for the wireless mouse: the USB connector is hidden INSIDE the mouse. Also unusual that the keyboard does not have an on/off switch. The HP Solutions helped me set up my printer and promises more help in the future. I'm pleased with this purchase.

It has limits
Overall it is a great machine. It's one drawback is it's graphics memory. It has a very limited capacity that limits its abilities to handle AI.

Just not what HP computers use to be.
I bought this computer to replace my 2018 HP Elite One Computer. It can't hold a candle to the Elite One. First off it was a nightmare to set up. That Bitlocker is a joke. Bet I had to put that key code in 50 times - spending all my time googling trying to figure out how to cut off all the security. I'm at home - not in a high security office. Our new all-in-one Ultra 5 with 16gb ram and a touchscreen was super easy to unbox and set up.
