Very Happy
I had a tech transfer the files I wanted, but did everything else. Easy set up. So far - so good! I really like being able to hide the camera when not in use and the touch screen is a bonus!

Crashed after 30 days
Just got this brand new HP all-in-one. It worked the first 30 days. Then it crashed. HO couldn’t get it operating via phone help. Tried two different help associates. Told me I have to do a complete factory reset. Best desktop for home use

I bought this computer at Staples because the employee, Hector, was so helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He transferred my old computer data to my new one in less than a day. (Other stores told me it would take 3 To 5 days.)

Really like this 24 inch all-in-one design
I really like this all in one design. The 24 inch screen is just the right size. Clear text and I can make text larger and easier to see. Just one power cord and no connecting cables. Keeps my desk looking neat. Not sure what the AI part does but I’m glad I have it and I am looking forward to learning more about it.

Our old ACER Desktop finally gave up the Ghost after years of service plus Windows 11 came out. Went to Staples and found our new Desktop on sale and an upgraded Printer at a very reasonable price. Websites load fast and system is easy to navigate. Very satisfied with our purchase!
