Well to start it never does the same thing twice, Why I have it in first place is for E-mail.(Yahoo) That is always the last thing to come in. Things I don't know or want are there immediately. Bing is one..??

It's only been a week - but so far loving it - set up was relatively easy -directions could have been a little more detailed (i.e. the SDMI card in within the mouse) - uploaded information from the old computer into the clouds, hooked up the new computer and downloaded the files/photos with no losses.

Nice all in one but directions were awful
I had delivery issues which put me in a bad mood, but Staples did refund me a bit for my inconvenience. Once the computer arrived, we started getting it set up. The directions are practically non-existent. We couldn't figure out how to get the mouse and keyboard to work so I was stuck using the touch screen for most of the set up. New Computer
The old computer was hesitant to come out of sleep mode at times. DVD drive no longer functioned, so it was time for a new computer. And tax free was a good incentive. Service tech was extremely helpful.

A beautiful machine
I am very impressed with this new computer. I have always bought HP computers as I upgraded over the years and I have never been disappointed. Since this one is loaded with WINDOWS 11, I am particularly happy about the tech from Staples giving me a short lesson on how to use it so that, as he said, I can fully enjoy the new experience.
