I like the speed at which the ink was delivered. As for the ink itself. It did not last as ling as it should have for the price i paid for it. That is not Staples fault.

Finish early/ has errors
Does not work proper after few days and ink gets over in 3-4 week even if you print less papers

Problem with toner
Received toner and was unable to install as I received error message “unable to align” tried cleaning chip, roller, still no response. Contacted support and went through several procedures but we were unable to align product. Support authorized replacement which arrived in 5 days and was installled w/o an alignment problem

These toners do not last very long when compared to the previous system.....also since it is new, the stores frequently do not have them in stock
