Uncomfortable
The chair is uncomfortable. The lumbar support is a hard piece of plastic that cuts into your lower back. There is no give at all with the lumbar support. The arms are too far forward and too far apart even with the adjustment as far in as it can go. The arms are also hard plastic with no padding.

Exactly what I was looking for
I was looking for a chair that had lumbar support comfy cushion and adjustable armrests so that it would fit under my desk and this has all of those and more. Very happy with it so far!

Workplace Bedford Ergonomic fabric/mesh swivel chair
I am very happy that I purchased this chair. My lower back feels supported and the seat cushion itself is firm but comfortable. It feels well built sturdy and it was nice that the arm rests were adjustable too. I would definitely recommend this chair for your office.

Stop creaking.
Substantial well built chair. Cushion is firm but comfortable hopefully will last a long time. I experienced creaking after a couple of weeks. This was rectified by retorquing all screws and bolts underneath the seat.

Quite uncomfortable
Whatever the manufacturer thinks is "lumbar support" is nothing but a hard plastic bar that catches you in the most uncomfortable parts of your back poking into your spine. There MUST be better products out there and I'm going to search for them.

Not a good choice
Uncomfortable and keeps sliding me to the front of the seat wheels either too soft or too small for tile floors.

It's good
Easy to assemble. Plenty of adjustable bits to get it just right. Seat cushion is comfortable. As a short person (5'2") I don't have a problem with the height of the seat back.

good chair for the price
pretty good quality though the connection of the chair to the base allows a small amount of movement even when new so not top-level quality. not a big deal but not a "5-star" piece of furniture either.

Pretty Good Chair
Replacing a fabulous (28 year old) chair which had failing hydraulics this is pretty comfortable. Very easy to assemble and adjust (seat height lumbar tilt and arm rests). Great Chair
I'm glad I finally purchased this chair. Assembly was so easy only a few steps. My only complaint is it's hard to reach the lever to raise and lower the chair but I'd still buy it anyway. The wheels roll so smoothly and it's very comfortable. The back is supportive but has give so it's not like you're up against a wall.

Not bad but could be better
The build quality of this chair is good for the price. It is solid and attractive in a subdued way. The ergonomics could be better for me though—especially the arms which sit a bit wider than I would like and can’t be adjusted horizontally. Perfect
Well designed comfortable and easy to assemble (thank god!). One arm was defective but there was a phone number to call for help which they answered right away without a lot of auto prompts and they sent a replacement part right away. (In the end I decided I preferred it without the arms which you can just not assemble). Very friendly and helpful.

Just what I wanted
This chair replaced one I have had since 1995 that had a large number of adjustments and it does everything I wanted it to.
