Almost exactly like previous customer. We only received the cushions, no hardware, no wheels, no screws. Staples needs to remove this item and not send to anyone.

Comfortable office chair
I purchased this chair for a co-worker. He is quite pleased with it and finds it very comfortable.

Almost exactly like previous customer. We only received the cushions, no hardware, no wheels, no screws. Staples needs to remove this item and not send to anyone.

Thank you for your review and I understand your frustration. The parts are packed inside the back cushion. There is a zipper to unzip the back cushion. The legs and hardware are stored inside the back cushion.
