Just not good quality
Only lasted 6 mos. Tilts forward, permanently, so you can't use it. I don't even want a replacement of the same chair ;-)

Not durable
Confortable. Smaller than they look. Bought 5 for use in our shop office. Don't support heavy guys and are not durable, though they weren't abused. Wheels are not great for hard floors and one chair wobbled within a week of use. Finally broke at mounts beneath cahir bottom after only 3 months. We used them alittle beyond office use but not abusive. Won't buy again.
