Just not good quality
Only lasted 6 mos. Tilts forward permanently so you can't use it. I don't even want a replacement of the same chair ;-)

Threads on screws don't all allign
Great chair so far. But the threads on the screws don't line up for all holes. So two of them had to be forced in and therefor stick out a bit.

Not durable
Confortable. Smaller than they look. Bought 5 for use in our shop office. Don't support heavy guys and are not durable though they weren't abused. Wheels are not great for hard floors and one chair wobbled within a week of use. Finally broke at mounts beneath cahir bottom after only 3 months. We used them alittle beyond office use but not abusive. Won't buy again.

Looks Nice but...
The chair pitches forward the wheels don't roll right and I'm just not satisfied with this chair. I have never paid this much for a chair to use at my computer! I thought that I was getting a good chair but it's not.

Not worth the money
Major discoloration on the seat and back - looks like it might have been a returned product being sold as new. Difficult to put together as the screw holes sometimes did not completely line up with the other side. Works as an office chair but would not buy again.
