The item arrived on time. The packaging was excessive, but it was undamaged. As to the quality of the cartridge, it wasn't for my use, so I can't speak to that.

Canon Ink cartridges
I had to get a new printer which takes a different ink cartridge. I always use Staples online. I have never had a problem with their products or service.
