I bought this chair primarily for gaming and streaming, I liked the look, and the price seemed like a great deal. I wasn’t disappointed! The headrest and lumbar support were perfectly positioned. Heat and massage stopped after a few uses
The chair is fine. The leg extension is a nice bonus. Overall build quality seems good but the message and heat feature (which did seem like a gimmick) already stopped working after only a few uses.

Great chair
This chair has solved so many issues that I have had with previous ones. I am now able to sit and focus for longer periods of time, without the need to get up often due to discomfort. The foot rest helps a great deal! I definitely recommend.

Best lumbar support, your back will thank you!
The lumbar support is like no other chair I have ever sat on. The seat cushion is VERY comfortable and could sit for hours on it. One of my favorite features of this chair is the leg support. Super Comfortable & Love the Footrest!
This chair is so comfortable! I love that my feet touch the ground perfectly, and the adjustable armrests fit right under my desk, making it super convenient. I'm so sorry for the issues you're experiencing. The massage and heat functions on this chair are set to work 15 minutes at a time before it auto turns off. You can restart the function anytime by pressing the mode or heat button.
