no help from vendor's customer support
looked good until it was time to put the "caps" over the bolt holes. Out of 8 zero fit nicely only 1 acceptably the other 7 made the chair look like a $50.00 Walmart special. Contacted customer service twice. 3 days later and I've heard no response from them. the chair is going back to the store tomorrow (hopefully I can just return it to the store)

CLOSE ENOUGH BUT NOT PERFECT!
Lovely chair in a smart looking color with reasonably comfortable seating. My only disappointment and I was aware when I purchased it is that the lumbar support while adequate is not adjustable. Since I share the chair with my spouse it doesn't quite work perfectly for either of us but it's close enough! No room for two chairs so this is the better solution!

Lazy Boy Arcadian Executive Swivel Chair - nice chair at good price
Great looking chair at excellent price point easy to assemble smooth rolling across floormat nice tall back height. Only negative is my husband is a big guy the chair compressed down and lost 1-2 inches in seat height. Needs to sit on a pillow to have correct desk height. Otherwise would recommend.

Beware of weak screws rendered chair worthless
This is a high quality chair in terms of the foam cushioning and materials.. but the weak link is the screws. For such a heavy chair they used the materials on the bolts that is insufficient to carry the load. They sheer off after a year. The chair is very comfortable and I like it. What I don't like are the plastic caps for holes on the outside of chair arms. They are cheaply made of thin plastic. Stiff seat and concave lumber
Received and built our chair today. Delivery time was fast! The chair not so great. The seat is very stiff with no give. The lumbar area is concave and the head pillow protrudes fairly far making your back round out when seated. I lasted less than 1 hour before my back started to get tired and I was shifting in my seat. We are returning the chair.

The leaver handles are bit easy to break
A pretty good chair for my use at home and I love that it's a nice green no mesh one to. A taller back would be nice as I'm 5'10" and find the hight of the back just a little bit short for full head support especially when leaning back. If your a person that likes changing the tension on your chair whenever I would say skip this chair the placement of the tension nob...
