Poor Quality Product NO Customer service.
I never tried going through Staples to repair or replace.
This chair is LAZBOY in name only it doesn't reflect the expected quality. The company that handles the customer service True Innovations, Seems to be a farce. The leaver handles are bit easy to break
A pretty good chair for my use at home and I love that it's a nice green no mesh one to. A taller back would be nice as I'm 5'10" and find the hight of the back just a little bit short for full head support, especially when leaning back.

Beautiful and Comfortable
This is an absolutely fantastic chair! The color is just gorgeous and it is so very comfortable. I work from home so I am in the chair a lot. I've had no neck or back issues from sitting for long stretches of time in this chair.
