Excellent product and a good price.
After 1 use I would recommend the Bissell Commercial Steam Mop. It was packaged well, easy to assemble, easy to use, and did a good job on my floors. While named 'Commerical,' this is an entirely plastic device on the outside, not one to throw into a maintenance van. The removable water tank makes filling and emptying easy.
